GM-100 is made of ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane, provided by powder, used as processing aids in plastics. Silicone oil is used extensively in the plastic industry as external mold release agent and internal additive to give processing advantages and surface property improvements. However, because of the lower molecule weight, it is difficult to measure and handle, and the migration would also easily bring bad effects on the painting and coating properties. Co***red with silicone oil, GM-100 improves plastic properties more efficiently and effectively, with little effect on the adhesion of paints labels or decorations, more convenient to handle and good dispersion.

2. Improve plastic fluidity, increase throughput, shorten mold cycle time, make mold release easier, reduce torque and save energy.
